WARRANTY AND RETURN
Shipments are done daily at 16:30
Orders placed by 16:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.
No shipments are done on Saturdays or Sundays, so those orders that are made Friday evening will be shipped the following Monday.

The warranties only cover manufacturing defects but not normal wear or misuse.
Batteries, along with atomizers, liquids and all spares are considered consumables.
The atomizers have a limited life depending on the intensity of use and method of vaping, the treatment received and the use of aggressive liquids and other factors.
Batteries and chargers could be affected by changes in voltage or when connected improperly, and become non-functional.
- Concerning all these factors, the customer has 24 hours from reception of the goods to notify VapVip about product malfunctions. After this time it is understood that the customer is satisfied with the products received.
- It is very important not to discard any product that may be defective, since to cover it as a guarantee it must be sent to our warehouse. We can also ask you to send us a photo if the product is of low value.
The return of any product purchased in VapVip.com must be previously communicated by e-mail, attaching the invoice and the reason for the return. Our staff will contact you to arrange the return and facilitate the necessary steps.
Items may be returned within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, provided that the material is packed and sealed as sent.
In these cases the customer assumes the delivery charges.
Any material that is to be returned, must be in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, then it will be reviewed by our department of customer service to manage the return by means of a coupon for the purchase price in a maximum of seven days from receipt of shipping.
If the customer cancels a confirmed order when it has already left VapVip facilities to its destination, or he does not accept the package on arrival, VapVip may demand payment of freight costs incurred.
For hygiene reasons, returns on consumables such as atomizers, clearomizers or spare parts are not supported if these have been unsealed.
Any concerns shall be duly notified to the client over any warranty or return process, as always within our policy of total customer satisfaction.
Refunds for returns of products will always be made through a coupon for the purchase price.

- In creating an account, the user is responsible for providing true and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the user is issued a password, pledging to make diligent and confidential use of it.

In any case VapVip will not assume any responsibility for the content of any link belonging to another website, nor guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, validity or constitutionality of any material or information contained in any such links or other Internet sites. Also the inclusion of external links does not imply any type of association, merger or partnership with the entities connected.
