14-Day Period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Sealed Product
Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging to be accepted for return.
24h Refund
We process your refund within 24 hours after verifying the product's arrival at our warehouse.
⚠️ Hygiene and Health Exceptions
According to current regulations (Art. 103 Law 3/2014), for health protection and hygiene reasons, returns of unsealed consumables will not be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to:
- E-liquids, bases, flavor concentrates, and nicokits.
- Used or unsealed coils and atomizers.
- Drip tips and pod system cartridges.
- Any product that has been tampered with or shows signs of use.

Prepare the shipment
Securely pack the product in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Legal Information
Warranty & defective products: If the product has a manufacturing defect, VapVip will manage the warranty in accordance with current legislation, covering the corresponding logistical costs after technical verification.
Refund status: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
