RETURNS POLICY & WARRANTY

We want you to shop with confidence. Here you will find everything you need to know about returning a product or requesting support if something goes wrong.

1. Returns if You Change Your Mind

If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without having to provide a reason.

Once you have notified us of your decision, you must return the products within a further 14 calendar days.

• Pack the items securely to protect them during transport. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.
• The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs unless VapVip is legally required to cover them.
• Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of a product may result in a reduction in its value.

Refunds: we will reimburse the applicable amounts, including standard delivery costs where required, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. The statutory deadline is 14 days from notification of withdrawal. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Health and Hygiene Exceptions

Article 103(e) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 provides an exception to the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

Depending on the product's characteristics and packaging, this exception may apply to items such as:

• E-liquids, DIY bases, flavour concentrates and nicotine boosters.
• Drip tips, pod cartridges, replacement coils and certain atomisers.

Important: this exception applies only when the legal requirements are met. It does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

2. Faulty Products and Statutory Warranty

If a product is defective or stops working properly, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and arrange warranty support where applicable.

Under Spanish consumer law, new goods generally benefit from a three-year statutory conformity guarantee from the date of delivery.

• The statutory warranty covers a lack of conformity, but not normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
• For batteries, coils and other components subject to wear, the nature of the product and the cause of the issue will be assessed.
• Where a lack of conformity is covered by the statutory warranty, the legally applicable remedy will be provided free of charge to the consumer, including necessary shipping costs.

VapVip will manage the claim and may arrange a technical inspection when necessary. Your statutory rights do not depend on whether the manufacturer provides an additional commercial warranty.
