1. Access and Use of the Website

Access to www.vapvip.com and the use of its services are subject to these general terms and conditions and applicable legislation.

Users agree to use the store lawfully, provide accurate information and keep their login credentials confidential.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

2. Purchases, Prices and Availability

Products available at VapVip are displayed with their main features, prices and purchasing options.

• Product prices and applicable taxes are displayed during the purchasing process.
• Shipping costs and the total order amount are shown before the order is confirmed.
• Product availability is subject to our warehouse stock.
• Once an order has been placed, the customer receives an email confirmation.

If, exceptionally, we are unable to fulfil an order under the expected conditions, we will contact the customer to explain the available alternatives or arrange the appropriate refund.

5. Legal Warranties and After-Sales Service

Products sold by VapVip are covered by the statutory warranties applicable under consumer protection legislation.

In Spain, the statutory conformity guarantee for new goods generally covers a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, under the conditions established by law.

The statutory guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from product use, damage caused by misuse or other circumstances that do not constitute a lack of conformity.

For components subject to wear, such as batteries and coils, the nature of the component and the cause of the issue will be assessed to determine whether a lack of conformity covered by the guarantee exists.
