My cartridge leaks after putting it in, what did I do wrong?
Make sure to push it all the way down. The coil's silicone ring must be completely embedded inside the plastic pod. Also, notice that the two flat sections of the metal base must be parallel to the straight edges of the cartridge to seal properly.
Why does the ceramic one taste burnt if I just filled it?
Ceramic is an ultra-porous but very rigid material. It takes significantly longer than cotton to absorb liquid for the first time. It is mandatory to let the pod sit upright for at least 15 to 20 minutes before taking the first puff on a brand new ceramic coil.
