Which model should I choose, the 2ml or the 4ml?
Physically, they look identical on the outside and fit into your battery exactly the same. The only difference is that the 2ml model has a thicker internal silicone wall to comply with European (TPD) regulations. The 4ml is the international version and will give you twice the liquid autonomy.
The silicone plug tore off, can I replace it?
No, the silicone plug is factory-anchored into the plastic body. If you pulled too hard and it snapped, the cartridge will lose its vacuum seal and liquid will pour out. In that case, you must toss it and use a brand new replacement tank.
