No. UB and UB Pro coils are sold separately. The ring is a part of the atomizer/cartridge itself. It is sold here separately in case you have lost it or the thread has been damaged.
How should I clean this part?
Being made of stainless steel, you can wash it with warm water and mild soap. Make sure to dry it completely, especially the silicone O-rings, before screwing the coil back in.
