What kind of bottle tip do I need to refill it?
The PTF (Press-To-Fill) system works by pushing the valve straight down. It requires standard fine-tipped plastic bottles (the usual "Chubby Gorilla" or unicorn style). If your e-liquid comes in a glass dropper (pipette), you will not be able to push the valve down to fill it.
My first tank tastes strange or burnt, what did I do wrong?
Mesh cartridges wick differently. You must always fill the tank completely for the first time and let the pod sit upright, off the battery, for a full 10 minutes. If you force a draw immediately after refilling, you will permanently burn the cotton.
