The mouthpiece is too stiff when I try to open it, what should I do?
On brand new Vaporesso cartridges, the safety tabs are extremely rigid from the factory to prevent them from popping off in your pocket. Do not pull the mouthpiece upwards; keep the cartridge in the battery, push the flat side of the mouthpiece sideways (like breaking a stick) and it will snap off easily.
The liquid barely has any flavor after the first fill, why?
Make sure you always wait about 10 minutes after refilling a brand new pod for the first time. The inner cotton is very thick, and if you vape immediately, it will toast on the first hit, permanently ruining the flavor.
