How do I refill it if it is full of cotton?
Simply snap or push the black (or white) plastic mouthpiece to the side, and it will pop off. Underneath, you will find a fill port covered by a red membrane; inject your liquid there. The cotton will absorb the e-liquid like a sponge in seconds.
What liquids are better avoided?
Although the WideWick drains incredibly well, we recommend using traditional 50VG/50PG ratios. Extremely thick liquids (70VG or more) will take too long to soak into the initial dry cotton matrix, severely slowing down the first refill process.
