I can't pull the old coil out of the tank, how do I do it?
Make sure you release the "Coil Lock" safety catch first. There is a small red plastic tab on the bottom base of the cartridge. You must slide it to the side to release the lock, and then simply pull the metal base of the coil straight out.
Why is it recommended to replace the entire empty pod from time to time?
With continuous use, the tiny internal O-rings of the plastic and the silicone fill plug can suffer wear and tear from e-liquids and heat, loosening their airtight seal. Replacing it with a brand new one every couple of months guarantees that your Nord 5 won't suffer any leaks onto the internal battery board.
