How do I open it to refill my liquid?
It might feel stiff at first, but there is a trick. Do not pull straight up on the black mouthpiece. Instead, "snap" or bend it sideways with your thumb. Once removed, you will see the silicone valve (never pour liquid down the central metal chimney).
Why does it taste burnt the second I use it?
You must always wait 5 to 10 minutes after filling a brand new cartridge for the first time. If you fire the device earlier, the internal cotton is still dry and will burn instantly and irreversibly.
