Does it come with a free coil inside?
No. This product is strictly the empty plastic cartridge or tank. The coils needed to vaporize the e-liquid must be purchased separately.
I cannot open it to refill it, how do I do it?
Do not look for a silicone plug at the base. The Galex features a "snap-off" design. Push the black mouthpiece to one side (as if you wanted to bend it) and it will pop off, revealing the top fill port (with a red silicone membrane) where you must inject the e-liquid. The central metal hole is the chimney—never pour liquid down there!
