The Essentials in 10 Seconds
- Basic Maintenance: A peeled plastic wrap is an urgent risk. Change it at the first sign of damage.
- Thermal Precision: Made from heat-sensitive material that hugs the battery perfectly, leaving no air bubbles.
- Total Fit: Ideal dimensions exclusively made for standard 18650 batteries.
Why a good "Wrap" is your best life insurance
A torn or damaged outer cover on a 18650 battery exposes the metal body (negative pole) to the chassis of your electronic cigarette. If this happens, a short circuit will occur. Luckily, changing the outer plastic (doing a "re-wrap") is an incredibly easy and fast process that leaves your cells as safe and beautiful as day one.

Questions and Answers
Very carefully. Use plastic tweezers or your fingernails to lift the old wrap. Never use sharp metal objects (like knives or scissors) because you could puncture the cell or cause a spark.
Put the clean battery inside the heat-shrink tube, making sure there is an equal amount of plastic hanging over the top and bottom. Then, use a hair dryer on high heat (or a heat gun on a low setting). Apply the heat evenly until the plastic shrinks and grabs the battery tightly.
If the small insulating ring on the positive terminal is in good condition, it should not be discarded. If it is damaged, it is crucial to replace it with a new one and place it in position before applying heat so that the new plastic holds it securely.
