Does this tank fit my standard 510 thread battery?
Not on its own. If you want to use this magnetic pod on a traditional 510-threaded Mod (like an iStick Pico), you will need to purchase the "GTL Mini Pod Tank" kit first, which includes the necessary metal 510 adapter base.
